OVERVIEW
We are seeking a Junior Business Systems Analyst to join our Finance team and assist in optimization of Financial Systems including Oracle Financials Cloud and other hosted 3rd party financial systems.
ABOUT THE JOB
- Strong experience with supporting Oracle Financials Cloud systems with emphasis in Record to Report (General Ledger, Intercompany, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Tax, Oracle Reporting capabilities)
- Experience with supporting non-Oracle 3rd party financial systems.
- Proven ability to create detailed requirements, test scripts, and other artifacts in the software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Execute system configuration changes per the business requirements and manage changes with appropriate internal control practices.
- Experience supporting project teams including Senior Business Systems Analysts, integration Developers, Project Managers, and business partners
- Perform QA on system changes and deliver quality configuration to the business for seamless UAT testing
- Experience with creating, publishing, and training end-users on Financial Systems.
- Strong experience in accounting practices and financial reporting.

ABOUT YOU
- 5+ years in a Business Systems Analyst position supporting Finance & Accounting functions
- Highly effective written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Carries a “can do” attitude with a high level of energy and enthusiasm to help others.
