Job Title: Parttime Receptionist

Location: Des Moines, Iowa

Salary: $16 – Hourly

Job Details:

Receptionist will provide general support with a variety of clerical duties. Front Desk Receptionist are responsible for answering incoming calls, greeting guests and applicants, and portraying a professional image to the general public. Other functions are recording supply orders from shippers, assist other departments with various projects as needed. Update phone directory and help with special projects assigned by Upper Management.
Qualifications are excellent communication skills and phone etiquette. Ability to multi task, accuracy and attention to detail are essential. Professional and friendly attitude is necessary. Have strong organizational skills.
This is a Part-time position with a Monday – Friday, 2pm start time, and is based at our State Headquarters in Des Moines, IA. Other requirements include being able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
