Job Title: Building Maintenance

Location: Des Moines, Iowa

Salary: $16 – Hourly

Extra Benefits : Comprehensive Benefits Package for FT positions

Job Details:

The primary purpose of the Building Maintenance department is to maintain the appearance and function of Company property, grounds and equipment.
Essential functions include: operating power equipment to mow and upkeep lawns, snow and litter removal, performing routine preventive maintenance to ensure that machines continue to run efficiently as well as needed repairs.
Monday – Friday, 9am Start Time.

Qualifications for this position include the ability to pass a DOT physical and lift up to 100lbs occasionally. Qualified candidates will have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record. Mechanical inclination is useful. This is an independent position with minimal supervision. Work environment will vary, but will involve time outdoors with natural elements as well as indoors in an environment that has limited climate controls.
